Dermatologist Visit: Updated Skincare Regimen

I just wanted to update you on my skincare journey, and hopefully help someone else out there struggling with acne. Just know that acne is a disease. It’s not your fault, and there are ways to treat it. It just takes time to identify your triggers/the type of acne you have, and figure what works for you. For some people, diet plays a huge role, while, for others, diet doesn’t really affect their acne, and so on. For me, hormones and stress is a big trigger! So, don’t give up. I am still searching, and hopeful that I am on my way to clear skin. I am always researching and finding new and better ways to care for my skin. That is, until my skin is finally healed and healthy.
